General terms and conditions

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as a room is reserved by the guest and allocated by the hotel.
The conclusion of a guest accommodation contract binds the parties to fulfilment of the contract.
Reserved rooms are made available to the guest from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are welcome to use the parking space before this time and deposit their luggage in the hotel.
Reserved rooms are held until 8 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of delay, guests are requested to contact the hotel reception in order to avoid the rooms being otherwise allocated.

The cancellation deadlines for individual travellers correspond to the legal regulations.
Cancellations for 1 or 2 rooms may be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the day of arrival.
Reservations for 3 or more rooms are governed by the agreed cancellation deadlines.

Guests not taking up the contractual performances and services are obliged to pay the agreed price less the expenses saved by the hotel of 20%.

The hotelier is required in good faith to endeavour to re-rent such non-utilised rooms in order to avoid losses.
Guests are obliged to pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract until the rooms have been rented out anew.
